COVID-19 Procedures

All of our caregivers follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) contact protocols

• Hand washing before and after contact with a client
• cleaning and sterilizing surfaces in the client’s home
• practicing social distancing when not at work
• staying home if there are any symptoms present

COVID-19 training

• All caregivers go through State required Home Health Aide COVID-19 training
• All caregivers are to be evaluated by an RN for safety protocols.

COVID-19 coverage

To ensure client coverage during this time we have implemented the following:

• We have two caregivers on call at all times.
• We ensure that an Administrator will be available at ALL times to fill in.
• All caregivers with children have three people to back them up if their main babysitter can’t help.
• Our RN visits each home and ensures that the caregivers are following the COVID-19 best practices.
• We ensure timely communication with all clients.
